Contest runs From April 4, 2013 through May 15, 2013
PRIZES -
- Two winning photographs from each category will receive a cash prize and the photos will be displayed at the July 4th Celebration in the Boat House and at a FANS June meeting reception.
- The first place winners will have their photo framed by Frame DeArt.
- One Best of Show photo will win a cash prize.
- Prize winners and highly commended images will be available for viewing on the FANS website throughout 2013.
THE PARTICULARS -
Images must be taken at Washington Park in Denver, Colorado
The three contest categories will be: People, Place, and Nature
Open to all photographers of any skill and all ages. (see contest rules for participants under 18).

THE ORGANIZER -
FANS (Friends and Neighbors) of Washington Park is a 501c(3) non profit organization. Created in 2006, FANS is an advocacy organization for Washington Park committed to conserving it for future generations, educating park users, and providing a voice for the the park with the City of Denver. Proceeds from the contest will benefit Washington Park and park projects.
